-          A sensational event unfolded at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan on December 9, 2023 – the Cloudstaff Roar 2023. This remarkable concert featured live acts from celebrated bands like Lola Amour, solo artist Ely Buendia, and the captivating tunes of the Philippine Music Orchestra, promising an indelible experience for everyone present.

 

2.      Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings)

-          Participating in Cloudstaff Roar 2023 at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan proved to be an unforgettable and enriching encounter. The varied program, encompassing the lively show by Lola Amour, the solo mastery of Ely Buendia, and the sophisticated symphony delivered by the Philippine Music Orchestra, crafted a diverse and layered expedition through the realm of music.

Lola Amour's performance was a burst of energy, weaving a tapestry of lively tunes that resonated with the crowd. Ely Buendia's solo act brought a different flavor, showcasing his seasoned artistry and leaving the audience in awe. The Philippine Music Orchestra, with its enchanting melodies, added a touch of sophistication and cultural richness to the concert.

 

3.      Reflections on possibilities of implementing some of the webinar input on a practical level (practical application of learning)

-          Practical insights gained from both the concert and the Cloudstaff experience involve mastering the intricacies of event curation, understanding the pivotal role of venue selection, fostering an appreciation for cultural enrichment through music, using music as a tool for crafting atmosphere, recognizing the value of individual artistic expression, and appreciating the impact of seasoned expertise in performances. These collective lessons contribute to a holistic understanding of orchestrating successful events and cultivating a positive and engaging work environment, particularly within the context of Cloudstaff.

 

 

 

4.      Positive Feedback (on the event organization)

-          The Cloudstaff Roar 2023 concert was a huge success. From Lola Amour's lively energy to Ely Buendia's artistry and the enchanting Philippine Music Orchestra, it was an unforgettable experience. The grand Philippine Arena added grandeur, and seamless transitions between acts showcased a well-curated program. Kudos to the organizers and performers for an outstanding show

 

5.      Suggestions for Improvement to be made/consider for future activities

-          While I thoroughly enjoyed the event, I'd like to offer some constructive feedback to the head of the event. I recommend that they let people bring any kinds of food inside the arena so that the people can enjoy the show without missing a thing while eating. I also recommend that they also add the audience to the raffle ticket.
