Seminar 2 - CCS Acquaintance Party

Course Title: CCS Acquaintance Party

1. Details of the event/activity

- Marikit Park, Olongapo City, came alive on September 29, 2023, as it hosted an exhilarating gathering known as the "CCS Acquaintance Party." This vibrant event was exclusively organized for the students of the College of Computer Studies (CCS) at Gordon College. Attendees had the opportunity to engage in various activities, including booth participation, cosplay, modeling, and dance performances.

2. Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings)

- During the event, i realized the importance of "enjoying the moment".  The "CCS Acquaintance Party" not only provided an opportunity for enjoyment but also served as a valuable learning experience in event management. It allowed us to gain practical insights into the intricacies of organizing an event and also offered a chance to bond with our classmates.

3. Reflections on possibilities of implementing some of the webinar input on a practical level (practical application of learning)

- As an IT student, this event has been immensely beneficial by equipping me with valuable insights and skills in event management. The experience and knowledge gained from this event will undoubtedly serve as a valuable asset that I can use in the future.

4. Positive Feedback (on the event organization)

- For me, the event was well organized and fun. This event was truly helpful for the students so that they can forget their problems even in a short matter of time. We experienced to communicate, bond, handle an event and enjoy the Acquaintance Party.

5. Suggestions for Improvement to be made/consider for future activities

- I have just one suggestion to offer: it would be greatly appreciated if the event organizers could provide a detailed schedule or program for the event. This would be particularly helpful because there were attendees who seemed uncertain about the event's sequence and flow.
