Course Title: Power of Design

 

1.      Details of the event/activity

-          On December 4, 2023, an exhilarating event unfolded at Lyceum of Subic Bay. Meticulously organized with a focus on the theme "Power of Design," one of the activities included a face-to-face seminar led by CCS students

 

2.      Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings)

-          The seminar focused on the Power of Design. I gained knowledge about color psychology, the selection of font styles, and effective color combinations. The speaker conducted a demonstration, teaching the use of tools and how to make an effective poster in Adobe Photoshop, contributing to a comprehensive learning experience.

 

3.      Reflections on possibilities of implementing some of the webinar input on a practical level (practical application of learning)

-          The seminar held on December 4, 2023, at Lyceum Subic Bay has provided me with a solid foundation to grasp the essence of the event. The valuable insights I gained carry significant importance for my future endeavors in the field of information technology.

 

4.      Positive Feedback (on the event organization)

-          The event showcased outstanding organization, with seminar speakers effectively delivering their topics. Additionally, the speakers adeptly addressed participants' questions, providing accurate and insightful responses. Their inclusion of demonstrations further enhanced participant understanding of the topics.

 

5.      Suggestions for Improvement to be made/consider for future activities

-          While the event was enjoyable, I would like to provide some feedback to the event head concerning the demonstration. The pace of the demonstration was too fast, making it challenging for some participants to follow.
